What can I do on the MyLiberty servicing website?

What information do I need to provide to register on the MyLiberty servicing website?

Only Liberty policyholders can register on the MyLiberty servicing site. This can be an individual and/or an authorised representative of a Company or Trust that has a policy with Liberty.

For Individual policyholders:

• Your ID number or Passport number - this will be used to verify your policy information.
• Your Mobile number

This information must be recorded on your Liberty profile as part of registration.

You can verify this by contacting our Call Centre on 0860 456 789 or emailing:

myLiberty@liberty.co.za

For Companies and Trusts:

• A copy of the Company's or Trustees resolution which authorises you to access information on behalf of the Company or Trust.
• You can email this information to myLiberty.liberty.co.za. We will assess the information and assist with the registration on the MyLiberty website.
