What is the Spouse's Pension Benefit?
It provides a monthly pension payable for life to the member's surviving spouse.
This is in addition to the lump sum paid in the event of the main member's death, and the Group Life Assurance Benefit has been selected.

Members are covered for the following:
Cover is limited to a maximum of one spouse and four children.
Maximum cover
The benefit is paid from the date of the member's death until the death of the spouse.
The combined claim for the Spouse's Pension Benefit and Children's Pension Benefit may not exceed 100% of the member's fund salary.
