When we set up a Client WhatsApp line during the height of the COVID crisis as a way of giving you quick answers to your questions, we didn't realise how successful it would become. We are thus now taking this to the next level so you can get hold of us more easily.
Thousands of you got hold of us using WhatsApp during the height of the lockdown so we could swiftly answer your questions about how the pandemic affected your claims and policies.
It's just one more of the ways we are trying to reach out and bring you closer and make it easier for you to get the help you need straight away with live chat available for clients between 8:00 and 17:00 during the week, South African time.
With our growing WhatsApp service, you can now access policy summaries, investment statements and ADDLIB statements. Tax certificates are easily accessible using the service as well.
You can also get hold of a Financial Adviser's contact details, funeral claim requirements and forms, as well as updated COVID - 19 information.
We've designed the contact process to be as efficient as possible. With so many people making use of it so far, we think if you have not already tried it, maybe you should give it a try to get what you need.
