Unclaimed Benefits Revised Rules
Unclaimed Benefits Annual Trustee Reports
Unclaimed benefits refer to any monies due to a person that remain unpaid or unclaimed. Unpaid retirement fund monies are defined in terms of the South African Pensions Funds Act as benefits that remain unclaimed two years after a member leaves a fund due to resignation or retrenchment.
Annual trustee reports
As part of their commitment to good governance and transparency the trustees of the Corporate Selection umbrella fund release an annual report on the state of the fund. The report includes a summary of the funds finances as well as updates on any important changes to the fund and its environment.
